Twenty-seven patients with acute sinusitis have been treated with lincomycin by aerosol 600 mg once a day for 6 days. The evaluations have been made in accordance with resolution of the clinical symptoms and radiological pictures. The trial has shown a marked reduction of the symptoms after only 3 days of treatment and almost total disappearance at the final control. Lincomycin proved to be effective and well tolerated in all patients.
27例急性鼻窦炎患者接受了林可霉素雾化治疗，剂量为每日600毫克，共6天。根据临床症状和影像学表现的缓解情况进行评估。试验表明，仅治疗3天后症状就有明显减轻，在最终检查时几乎完全消失。林可霉素在所有患者中均被证明有效且耐受性良好。
