Abstract
We report a case of echocardiographically documented right ventricular infarction in a patient with pre-existing right bundle branch block. The development of right ventricular infarction resulted in concordant T waves in the right-sided chest leads.

我们报告一例既往存在右束支传导阻滞的患者经超声心动图证实发生右心室梗死的病例。右心室梗死的发生导致右侧胸导联T波同向。
