[Netherton's syndrome].

A 10-year-old female patient with Netherton's syndrome is described, who developed characteristic symptoms: rounding linear ichthyosis, bamboo brittle hair and atopic dermatitis. Ten-week saturation of the body with vitamin A and other vitamins, therapy with immunostimulants and surface demulcents and exfoliating agents resulted in a considerable improvement of the patient's condition.
