Abstract
Presenting the case of a massive chondrosarcoma arising from the nasal cavity. The related literature comprises less than 150 chondrosarcomas originated on the facial skeleton. The AA. discuss the protean manifestations of this kind of tumor and emphasize the aggressive therapy required. Correlation is made with the existing body of information regarding this entity.
