To investigate the value of ultrasound elastography (UE) in the differentiation between benign and malignant enlarged cervical lymph nodes (LNs).
B-mode ultrasound, power Doppler imaging and UE were examined to determine LN characteristics. Two kinds of methods, 4 scores of elastographic classification and a strain ratio (SR) were used to evaluate the ultrasound elastograms.
The cutoff point of SR had high utility in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant of cervical lymph nodes, with good sensitivity, specificity and accuracy.
UE is an important aid in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant cervical LNs.
探讨超声弹性成像(UE)在鉴别颈部肿大淋巴结(LN)良恶性中的价值。
采用B型超声、能量多普勒成像和UE检查以确定淋巴结特征。使用两种方法,即弹性成像分类的4分法和应变率(SR)来评估超声弹性图。
SR的截断点在颈部淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断中具有较高的应用价值,具有良好的敏感性、特异性和准确性。
UE是颈部淋巴结良恶性鉴别诊断的重要辅助手段。
