To investigate the use of the V-Loc wound closure device for transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair.
We performed conventional transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair in 19 patients, including one single incisional case using V-Loc. Except for the use of V-Loc for peritoneal closure, the procedures were the same as those used in conventional techniques.
Although the operators included 2 residents who have no experience in laparoscopic herniorrhaphy and intracorporeal suture, the operations were completed. We believe that V-Loc is especially suitable for inexperienced surgeons and the use of V-Loc reduces the operative time by a small amount but reduces operator stress significantly.
We conclude that V-Loc is the ideal peritoneal closure device for transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair.
探讨 V-Loc 伤口闭合装置在经腹腹膜前疝修补术中的应用。
我们对 19 例患者进行了常规经腹腹膜前疝修补术，其中 1 例采用了 V-Loc 单一切口。除了使用 V-Loc 进行腹膜闭合外，手术步骤与传统技术相同。
尽管操作人员包括 2 名没有腹腔镜疝修补和腔内线缝合经验的住院医师，但手术仍得以完成。我们认为 V-Loc 特别适合经验不足的外科医生使用，并且 V-Loc 的使用虽然仅略微缩短了手术时间，但显著降低了手术者的压力。
我们认为 V-Loc 是经腹腹膜前疝修补术理想的腹膜闭合装置。
