NASN Board of Directors discusses NASN legislative ties on Capitol Hill.

The NASN Board of Directors visited members of Congress on Capitol Hill in January to promote NASN's legislative priorities. Known as the annual "NASN Hill Day", this experience provides an opportunity for Board members to use their advocacy skills to encourage members of Congress to support issues school nurses care most about--improving the health and well-being of all students. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with members of Congress is vital to sustaining NASN's voice and presence on Capitol Hill.
