Abstract

We report an exacerbation of congenital oesophageal stenosis caused by accidental ingestion of tape that had been placed on a postoperative scar of the right thumb. Treatment by tape fixation in infants with gastrointestinal disease should be carefully monitored.

我们报告了一例因意外吞食贴在右手拇指术后疤痕上的胶带而导致先天性食管狭窄加重的病例。对于患有胃肠道疾病的婴儿，采用胶带固定治疗时应予以密切监测。
