Retroperitoneal Castleman disease on 99mTc DTPA renal scintigraphy.

We report a case of pathology-proven retroperitoneal Castleman disease, which demonstrated elevated 99mTc DTPA accumulation on renal scintigraphy in a 48-year-old man who presented with back pain.
