Two cases of neurocysticercosis, one with multiple small lesions and the other with a single cerebral cyst, are reported. Both patients presented with focal seizures and headaches years after likely exposure to Taenia solium eggs. These cases represent susceptible populations in Australia--migrants from and travellers in endemic areas.
