Abstract
Author evaluates cardiac and pulmonary changes developed by environmental pollution, from the point of view of forensic expert. The myocardium and parenchyma are the target organs of multicasual damages. Attention is called to the role of forensic expert in prevention of environmental damages and in the evaluation of the effects.
