Abstract

The results of auditory brainstem evoked responses in 25 subjects of presbyacusis are compared with 25 age and sex matched controls. Absolute latent periods of wave I through V were significantly prolonged in presbyacusis group. Delayed wave I and no significant change in interwave interval latencies of I-V, III-V and mild shortening of interwave interval of I-III in presbyacusis is observed.

将25名老年性聋患者的听觉脑干诱发电位结果与25名年龄和性别相匹配的对照组进行比较。老年性聋组中,从波I到波V的绝对潜伏期显著延长。观察到老年性聋患者波I延迟,I-V、III-V波间期潜伏期无显著变化,I-III波间期轻度缩短。
