Headache is the most common complaint in present Jay ENT practice, it happens to be the most frequent and misunderstood wmptom. Foreign bodies in the paranasal sinuses invariably pose challenges to the surgeon due to the complex anatomy. Here, we present a case report of an unusual long standing foreign body of 40 years, in the ethmoid, presenting headache as a feature, after 37 years.
头痛是目前耳鼻喉科临床最常见的主诉，它恰好也是最常见且被误解的症状。由于鼻窦解剖结构复杂，鼻窦内的异物总是给外科医生带来挑战。在此，我们报告一例罕见病例，患者筛窦内有一个长达40年的异物，在37年后以头痛为特征表现出来。
