The esophagus and the stomach of the teleost fishes are sometimes non-differentiable during macroscopic analysis. The scanning electron microscope allowed to characterize those 2 organs in Prochilodus scrofa, also revealing the presence of a short transition segment. The characteristics of the mucosal and surface cells relief were also studied.
在宏观分析中，硬骨鱼类的食管和胃有时难以区分。扫描电子显微镜能够对苏氏原唇齿脂鲤的这两个器官进行特征描述，还揭示了一个短过渡段的存在。同时也研究了黏膜和表面细胞突起的特征。
