Abstract

Laser iridotomies at the base of the iris provide a free shunt between the anterior and the posterior chamber remote from the capsule of the lens. Injury to the lens capsule by the Nd:YAG laser is avoided as the iris is not in close apposition. The heterocentric applanatic lens guides the laser beam under the limbal shelf toward the root of the iris. The combined use of a thermal and an ionizing laser is preferred.

在虹膜根部进行激光虹膜切开术可在前房和后房之间建立一个远离晶状体囊膜的自由分流通道。由于虹膜未紧密贴合,可避免钕钇铝石榴石激光对晶状体囊膜造成损伤。异心压平式透镜将激光束引导至角膜缘支架下方朝向虹膜根部。首选热激光和电离激光联合使用。
