Abstract
The antitheilerial activity of buparvaquone in crossbred male calves, experimentally infected with Theileria annulata (Izatnagar isolate) has been tested. Animals were treated intramuscularly at the dose rate of 2.5 mg/kg1 body weight. A single dose of the drug administered during the phase of ascending parasitaemia cured all the infected calves while all the untreated infected control calves died.

已对用环形泰勒虫（伊扎特纳加尔分离株）实验感染的杂交雄性犊牛进行了丁萘醌抗泰勒虫活性测试。以2.5毫克/千克体重的剂量率对动物进行肌肉注射。在寄生虫血症上升阶段给予单剂量药物可治愈所有受感染的犊牛，而所有未治疗的受感染对照犊牛均死亡。
