Abstract
Percutaneous nephrostolithotomy is a well known and accepted procedure for the management of renal stones and particularly for debulking of staghorn calculi. Herein we present the case of a patient in renal failure due to bilateral staghorn calculi who was rescued from dialysis after bilateral percutaneous nephrostolithotomies.

经皮肾镜取石术是一种治疗肾结石尤其是鹿角形结石减容的广为人知且被认可的手术。在此，我们报告一例因双侧鹿角形结石导致肾衰竭的患者，在接受双侧经皮肾镜取石术后摆脱了透析治疗。
