Abstract
When soluble hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) extract prepared by 3 M KCl solution was passed through a column of Sephadex G-200, four fractions (designated as I, II, III, IV) could be obtained from the elution profile. By leukocyte migration inhibition assay, the active component of soluble HCC extract which represented tumor-associated antigen was shown to be contained in fractions I and II.

当用3M氯化钾溶液制备的可溶性肝细胞癌（HCC）提取物通过Sephadex G - 200柱时，从洗脱图谱中可获得四个级分（分别命名为I、II、III、IV）。通过白细胞迁移抑制试验表明，可溶性HCC提取物中代表肿瘤相关抗原的活性成分包含在级分I和II中。
