回肠子宫内膜异位症导致的急性小肠梗阻：一例病例报告及最新文献综述

INTRODUCTION
Endometriosis is defined as the presence of benign endometrial glands and stroma outside the normal anatomical location. Endometriosis of the small bowel, especially symptomatic small bowel involvement, is very unusual.
CASE REPORT
We presented a 45-year-old woman with acute intestinal obstruction due to ileal endometriosis The patient complained of severe abdominal pain, nausea and vomitting. Immediate laparotomy was carried out. Above the ileocecal valve there was an ulcerated, edematous and fragile segmental lesion that caused intestinal obstruction. Histology of this ileal segment revealed endometriosis and an annular stricture that again showed foci of endometriosis.
CONCLUSION
In reproductive-age women with the symptoms of intestinal obstruction, intestinal endometriosis should be kept in mind.
引言
子宫内膜异位症的定义是良性子宫内膜腺体和间质出现在正常解剖位置以外。小肠子宫内膜异位症，尤其是有症状的小肠受累情况非常罕见。
病例报告
我们介绍了一名45岁因回肠子宫内膜异位症导致急性肠梗阻的女性患者。患者主诉严重腹痛、恶心和呕吐。立即进行了剖腹手术。在回盲瓣上方有一个溃疡、水肿且脆弱的节段性病变，导致肠梗阻。该回肠段的组织学检查显示为子宫内膜异位症以及一个环形狭窄，该狭窄处再次显示出子宫内膜异位症病灶。
结论
对于有肠梗阻症状的育龄女性，应考虑肠道子宫内膜异位症。
