The organizational phases in the operation of automated system of target screening for neurotic disorders under mass preventive examinations are described. In the process of screening persons at risk for neurotic disorders are identified and examined according to three classes system. Preventive measures are carried out by medical units. The use of this system improves the detectability of neurotic disorders.
