The article considers the issues of development of state (public) private partnership in public health of particular foreign countries in the late XX-early Xxi centuries. It is demonstrated that the implementation of partnership in practice unduly leave behind its studying and evaluation of results.
本文探讨了20世纪末至21世纪初某些外国公共卫生领域国家（公共）私营伙伴关系的发展问题。事实证明，伙伴关系在实践中的实施过度忽视了对其的研究和结果评估。
