[Intraoperative cholangiography].

The diagnostic value of intraoperative cholangiography (IV) is shown on the basis of analysis of data in the literature and material of two surgical clinics. Statistically significant criteria of the risk of cholangiolithiasis in patients with calculous cholecystitis are identified, which are indications for IC. It is shown that in substantiated rejection of IC the possibility of a diagnostic error is minimal. In tentative diagnosis of cholangiolithiasis in the case, and, consequently, in the choice of the required diagnostic manipulations and methods one should proceed from the principle of reasonable adequacy in a specific case.
