To understand the effect of schistosomiasis control in Zhuxi Village, Xingzi County, Jiangxi Province.
According to the national scheme of schistosomiasis surveillance, we investigated the schistosomiasis epidemic in Zhuxi Village from 2005-2010. The epidemic data of schistosomiasis on the humans, farm cattle, and Oncomelania snails were collected, respectively and analyzed by using the method of Cochran-Armitage test.
Human infections and snail infections showed dynamic fluctuations (Z = 3.35, P = 0.000 8) and the density of alive snails tended to decrease gradually. The majority of the infections were peasants and students. The infection rates of farm cattle were 12.31%, 3.23%, 2.94%, 3.33%, 4.44% and 2.15%, respectively from 2005-2010.
The effect of schistosomiasis control is very fine and schistosomiasis has been well controlled.

按照国家血吸虫病监测方案,对竹溪村2005 - 2010年血吸虫病疫情进行调查。分别收集人群、耕牛和钉螺的血吸虫病疫情资料,并采用Cochran - Armitage检验方法进行分析。
人群感染率和钉螺感染率呈动态波动(Z = 3.35,P = 0.000 8),活螺密度呈逐年下降趋势。感染人群以农民和学生为主。2005 - 2010年耕牛感染率分别为12.31%、3.23%、2.94%、3.33%、4.44%和2.15%。
血吸虫病防治效果良好,疫情得到有效控制。
