Quantitative and qualitative composition of gangliosides, sulfatides and cerebrosides were studied in normal state and in experimental brain edema by means of thin-layer chromatography. In the experimental edema content of mono- and disialogangliosides was decreased while tri- and tetrasialogangliosides were unaltered. Statistically distinct increase in content of sulfocerebrosides (sulfatide 1.2) was also detected in brain edema as compared with controls. At the same time, amount of cerebroside 2 was decreased, whereas increase in cerebroside I concentration was detected.
采用薄层色谱法研究了正常状态和实验性脑水肿状态下神经节苷脂、硫脂和脑苷脂的定量和定性组成。在实验性水肿中,单唾液酸和双唾液酸神经节苷脂的含量降低,而三唾液酸和四唾液酸神经节苷脂未发生变化。与对照组相比,在脑水肿中还检测到硫脑苷脂(硫脂1.2)含量有统计学上的显著增加。同时,脑苷脂2的量减少,而脑苷脂I的浓度增加。
