Nursing administration is a social process. It fulfils its ultimate purpose of caring for people's health within an interpersonal climate, a complex network of communications of various forms and directions. And it is true that the interpersonal problems are the most serious inhibitors in effective nursing administration. To achieve excellence in any administrative post, the nurse must have a mature integral personality and highly developed communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
护理管理是一个社会过程。它在人际氛围中，即在一个由各种形式和方向的复杂沟通网络构成的环境中，实现其照顾人们健康的最终目的。确实，人际问题是有效护理管理中最严重的阻碍因素。要在任何管理岗位上做到卓越，护士必须具备成熟完整的人格以及高度发达的沟通、协作和领导技能。
