158 cases of autumnal diarrhea in children were probed into their aetiology, determination of SIgA content and verification of the effect Chinese herbs by using electron microscope and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis techniques. The result indicated that therapeutic effect of Chinese herbs on rotavirus diarrhea was more effective than western medicine. The inhibitory rate of virus was 71.43%.
运用电子显微镜和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术，对158例小儿秋季腹泻的病因、分泌型免疫球蛋白A（SIgA）含量测定及中药疗效进行了探讨。结果表明，中药对轮状病毒腹泻的治疗效果优于西药。病毒抑制率为71.43%。
