Abstract

Insufficiency fracture of the calcaneal body is rare. The presence of underlying neurological deficit can mask the clinical presentation. Missing the diagnosis and proper initial treatment can lead to the development of complication of compartment syndrome and intra-articular malunion.

跟骨体不全骨折较为罕见。潜在的神经功能缺损可能掩盖临床表现。漏诊及初始治疗不当可导致骨筋膜室综合征及关节内畸形愈合等并发症的发生。
