The description of one observation. Female patient was operated on because of presupposed peripheral lung tumour. The lack of changes in other organs allows to consider the local tumour-like amyloidosis as a primary process.
一例观察情况的描述。一名女性患者因疑似周围型肺肿瘤接受了手术。其他器官未出现变化，这使得局部肿瘤样淀粉样变性被视为原发性病变。
