The parotis lipomas represent forms of interest and difficulties, above all, because of their rarity and preoperative differential diagnostics. Solution of the tumor is, in all cases, surgical extirpation which, if performed duely radically, excludes the possibility of a second attack.
腮腺脂肪瘤是一种具有研究价值但也存在困难的病症，首要原因在于其罕见性以及术前鉴别诊断的复杂性。在所有情况下，肿瘤的治疗方法都是手术切除，若能进行彻底的手术，可排除二次发病的可能性。
