Abstract
Meckel's diverticulum with ulcer was reported. A 76-year-old man visited our hospital with melena. X-ray examination of the small intestine by double contrast method demonstrated a diverticulum with ulcer of the ileum. This case was followed up by X-ray examination.

报告了一例伴有溃疡的梅克尔憩室。一名76岁男性因黑便前来我院就诊。小肠双重对比造影X线检查显示回肠有一个伴有溃疡的憩室。该病例通过X线检查进行随访。
