The concentration of sex hormones prolactin, LH, FSH, estradiol, testosterone and SHGB has been estimated in 34 premenopausal women with breast cancer, including 10 treated by radiologic castration, 22 treated with cytostatics, 26 treated with tamoxifen and 14 treated with tamoxifen and cytostatics. Concentration of sex hormones has been estimated applying radioimmunological methods, and of SHBG with filtration method using DEAE cellulose filters. It has been found that chemotherapy of breast cancer of premenopausal women results in decrease of concentration of estradiol, testosterone, prolactin and SHGB down to the values approaching postcastration values and the application of cytostatics and of tamoxifen in postmenopausal women is not resulting in the decrease of concentration of these hormones and SHGB to the degree justifying a routine application of these drugs simultaneously.
对34名绝经前乳腺癌女性患者的性激素催乳素、促黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素、雌二醇、睾酮和性激素结合球蛋白(SHGB)的浓度进行了评估,其中10名接受了放射去势治疗,22名接受了细胞抑制剂治疗,26名接受了他莫昔芬治疗,14名接受了他莫昔芬和细胞抑制剂联合治疗。采用放射免疫法评估性激素浓度,使用二乙氨基乙基纤维素滤膜的过滤法评估SHBG浓度。结果发现,绝经前女性乳腺癌化疗会导致雌二醇、睾酮、催乳素和SHBG浓度降低至接近去势后的水平,而绝经后女性使用细胞抑制剂和他莫昔芬并不会使这些激素和SHBG的浓度降低到足以证明常规同时使用这些药物的程度。
