The bi-prismatic test studies the reflex of prismatic version, induced by a bi-prism (the instrument consists of two opposed prism of 6 DP). By means of this instrument, it is possible facing the study of the motorial replies in different forms of strabismus, amblyopia, and ocular palsies. After the test explanation, we present the results obtained in a case-report numbering 405 patients: 165 normal, 94 microtropias, 67 esotropias (ET), 50 anisometropic amblyopias, 29 es-anisometropic amblyopias.
双棱镜试验研究由双棱镜（该仪器由两个6棱镜度的相对棱镜组成）诱发的棱镜转像反射。借助该仪器，可以针对不同类型的斜视、弱视和眼麻痹的运动反应进行研究。在试验说明之后，我们展示了在一份包含405例患者的病例报告中获得的结果：165例正常、94例微斜视、67例内斜视（ET）、50例屈光参差性弱视、29例内斜视合并屈光参差性弱视。
