A 70-year-old woman developed fever accompanied by impairment of liver function and eosinophilia after 2 courses of halothane anaesthesia given within a few days. Serologic tests excluded viral hepatitis. Liver function and blood count returned to normal within 2 weeks. When a second operation is necessary shortly after a previous anesthesia with halothane, a different, non-hepatotoxic agent should be used.
一名70岁女性在数天内接受两疗程氟烷麻醉后出现发热，伴有肝功能损害和嗜酸性粒细胞增多。血清学检查排除了病毒性肝炎。肝功能和血细胞计数在2周内恢复正常。如果在先前使用氟烷麻醉后不久需要进行第二次手术，应使用另一种非肝毒性药物。
