Abstract
We report a case of a 38-year-old man with bilateral suburothelial hemorrhage secondary to anticoagulation therapy. The condition is best diagnosed with the combination of nonenhanced and excretory phase computer tomography. It represents a rare, but easily overlooked, complication of coagulopathy.
