The results of the Stamey endoscopic cervicopexy modified procedure (Orozco-Pérez Poo) performed in 20 incontinent female patients are analyzed relative to urethrovesical prolapse, length of urethra, position and mobility of the vesical neck and base, diameter of the proximal urethra, and the configuration of the vesicoureteric junction, including the posterior angle. It is concluded that no significant difference exists between the results reported by Stamey and co-workers and those achieved by the authors. The modified procedure permits optimal re-placement of the vesical neck, lengthening and fixation of the urethra; thus, measuring the length of the urethra can be useful in the postoperative evaluation of the qualitative results afforded by this procedure.
分析了20例尿失禁女性患者接受改良的斯塔米内镜宫颈固定术（奥罗斯科 - 佩雷斯·波奥术式）的结果，内容涉及尿道膀胱脱垂、尿道长度、膀胱颈和底部的位置及活动度、近端尿道直径以及膀胱输尿管连接处的形态，包括后角。得出的结论是，斯塔米及其同事报告的结果与作者所取得的结果之间不存在显著差异。改良手术能够实现膀胱颈的最佳复位、尿道延长及固定；因此，测量尿道长度有助于对该手术所提供的定性结果进行术后评估。
