[Characteristics of the differential diagnosis of the joint syndrome under outpatient conditions].

The author analyzes the significance and diagnostic value of traditional methods of examination (evaluation of past history findings, personal examination, palpation). It is concluded that detailed examination of the patients and adequate interpretation of the obtained data enable to widen significantly the diagnostic possibilities of the practitioner at the prehospital period.
