Congenitally missing maxillary first permanent molars: a case report.

Congenitally absent maxillary first permanent molars is a rare clinical finding. It usually occurs with severe oligodontia in association with other abnormalities of the integumentary system. This article presents the case of bilateral absent maxillary permanent molars with severe oligodontia and no other abnormalities.
