To report a modified penoplasty technique for concealed penis in children.
Between January 2006 and June 2012, 201 cases of concealed penis were surgically repaired with modified penoplasty. The modified penoplasty technique consisted of 3 major steps: (1) degloved the penile skin and excised the inner prepuce, (2) advanced penoscrotal skin to cover penile shaft, and (3) fixed the penis base and reconstructed the penoscrotal angle.
Two hundred one cases of concealed penis were enrolled in this study over a period of 6 years. Mean age at the time of surgery was 5.3 years (range 1-13 years) and mean operative time was 40 minutes (range 30-65minutes). All patients were routinely followed up at 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery. Most patients developed postoperative edema and were resolved within 1 month, whereas 20 cases developed prolonged postoperative edema, especially at the site of frenulum, which took 3 months to be resolved. Ten cases had retraction after surgery. No erection difficulties were recorded. Patients/parents reported better hygiene and improved visualization and accessibility of penis after surgery and were satisfied with the cosmetic outcome.
The result of this study shows that the modified penoplasty technique is a simple, safe, and effective procedure for concealed penis with satisfied cosmetic outcome.
报告一种改良的阴茎成形术治疗小儿隐匿阴茎。
2006 年 1 月至 2012 年 6 月，我们采用改良阴茎成形术治疗 201 例隐匿阴茎。改良阴茎成形术包括 3 个主要步骤：（1）脱套阴茎皮肤，切除内板；（2）推进阴茎阴囊皮肤覆盖阴茎干；（3）固定阴茎根部，重建阴囊阴茎角。
6 年间，我们共收治 201 例隐匿阴茎患儿。手术时的平均年龄为 5.3 岁（1-13 岁），平均手术时间为 40 分钟（30-65 分钟）。所有患者术后均常规随访 1、3、6 个月。大多数患者术后出现水肿，1 个月内消退，20 例患者出现术后水肿迁延，尤其是系带部位，3 个月消退。10 例患者术后出现回缩。无勃起困难。患者/家长报告术后阴茎清洁度更好，可见度和可及性提高，对美容效果满意。
该研究结果表明，改良阴茎成形术是治疗隐匿阴茎的一种简单、安全、有效的方法，美容效果满意。
