Abstract

Two MDH isoenzymes were detected in the homogenate of normal human blood platelets. According to their properties the cationic isoenzyme is compartmentalized in the mitochondria, the anionic one belongs to the cytoplasma. In spite of the few mitochondria in human blood platelets the proportion of the cationic enzyme is relatively high. Both of these enzymes could belong to a transfer system for malate transport across the mitochondrial membrane. As human blood platelets do not contain creatine phosphate a system like that could be of significance for platelet function.

在正常人血小板匀浆中检测到两种苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶。根据其特性,阳离子同工酶定位于线粒体中,阴离子同工酶属于细胞质。尽管人类血小板中的线粒体数量较少,但阳离子酶的比例相对较高。这两种酶可能都属于苹果酸跨线粒体膜转运的转运系统。由于人类血小板不含磷酸肌酸,这样的系统可能对血小板功能具有重要意义。
