A case of unilateral naevoid syringoma is reported. Syringoma is an adnexal benign neoplasia originating from the ducts of eccrine sweat glands. Localized (neck, anterior portion of the chest, genitalia, fingers) and generalized forms are known, but unilateral naevoid syringoma is quite uncommon. The existence of this variety can be explained with reference to the theory of "genetic mosaicism".
报告了一例单侧痣样汗管瘤病例。汗管瘤是一种起源于小汗腺导管的附属器良性肿瘤。已知有局限性（颈部、胸部前部、生殖器、手指）和泛发型，但单侧痣样汗管瘤相当罕见。这种类型的存在可以参照“遗传镶嵌现象”理论来解释。
