The article deals with sulfhydryls (SH), histidine and lipoproteins changes in vibration disease patients (VD). The erythrocytes functional state changes depend on the gravity of the disease. The first degree of VD is characterized by the growing SH and lipoproteins concentrations with the same histidine level. The second degree of VD entails a lowered content of SH and histidine with a markedly increased concentration of lipoproteins.
本文探讨了振动病患者(VD)体内巯基(SH)、组氨酸和脂蛋白的变化。红细胞功能状态的改变取决于疾病的严重程度。VD一级的特征是SH和脂蛋白浓度增加,而组氨酸水平不变。VD二级则意味着SH和组氨酸含量降低,脂蛋白浓度显著升高。
