Abstract

Tonographic studies of 18 patients with artiphakia and aphakia and rheo-ophthalmographic examinations of 36 patients with artiphakia after YAG laser discission of opaque posterior capsule of the lens have revealed significant impairment of ocular hydrodynamics, most manifest in the first hours postoperation, persisting for 24 hrs on an average. In patients, whose rheographic values were within the normal age-specific range, a marked RQ reduction 3-4 hrs postoperation was observed, still present in 24 hrs. No changes in the ocular hemodynamics were detectable in patients with initially lowered rheographic coefficient. Problems concerning the relationships between ocular hydro- and hemodynamics in reactive hypertension are discussed.

对18例人工晶状体植入和无晶状体眼患者进行了眼压描记研究,并对36例人工晶状体植入患者在YAG激光切开晶状体混浊后囊膜后进行了眼血流图检查,结果显示眼流体动力学有明显损害,最明显的是在术后最初几小时,平均持续24小时。在眼血流图值处于正常年龄相关范围内的患者中,术后3 - 4小时观察到明显的RQ降低,24小时时仍存在。在最初眼血流图系数降低的患者中未检测到眼血流动力学变化。讨论了反应性高血压中眼流体动力学和血流动力学之间关系的问题。
