Closed vitrectomy was carried out in 26 patients with traumatic hemophthalmia. Measures for the prevention of the possible complications of this operation are considered. The efficacy of intramuscular ethamzylate, dicinon angioprotector, is confirmed for reducing the risk of a hemorrhage recurrence in the course of surgery and after it.
对26例创伤性血眼患者实施了闭合式玻璃体切除术。探讨了预防该手术可能出现的并发症的措施。已证实肌内注射酚磺乙胺（dicynone血管保护剂）在降低手术期间及术后出血复发风险方面的有效性。
