The current incidence of purulent inflammatory fistulas is 31.1%. An analysis of 36 patients with these fistulas has identified stages of their formation. Anaerobic flora and a primary cause of pelvic and adnexal abscess formation were major determinants of fistula formation.
目前脓性炎性瘘管的发生率为31.1%。对36例患有这些瘘管的患者进行分析后确定了其形成阶段。厌氧菌群以及盆腔和附件脓肿形成的主要原因是瘘管形成的主要决定因素。
