[Prognosis of the immediate outcome of myocardial infarct according to data of acid-base and blood oxygen balance].

In 261 patients with acute myocardial infarction an immediate prognosis of the disease was made by using quantitative values of the acid-base and blood oxygen balance, mathematically processed with the help of the analytical method of notion-shaping. The possibility of prognosing in priniciple on the ground of all the factors studied, the blood oxygen tension and the hemoglobin saturation with oxygen being the most informative, was ascertained.
