[Significance of the comparison between clinical and pathological diagnosis in health care quality control].

Authors studied concordance of clinical and pathological diagnosis and significance of history taking, of physical, radiological, laboratory and morphological examinations and of their evaluation in development of diagnostic differences in 4041 autopsy cases, with international methods. Possibilities of use of method in clinico-pathological work are presented.
