Hemodynamics was studied in coronary patients with essential hypertension. The principal parameters of circulation showed positive dynamics induced by central electroanalgesia (LENAR apparatus) under varying pulse recurrence rate. Group I patients underwent the procedure at a frequency of 500-700 Hz, group II patients at that of 900-1000 Hz. Control patients received imitated procedures. Central electroanalgesia at a frequency of 900-1000 Hz produced the most pronounced effect on the clinical symptoms, myocardial contractility and total peripheral resistance.
