Do motivational gifts impact nurses' job fit and satisfaction?

Given the growing need for nurses, this study explored the presence in nurses of the seven motivational gifts given in the biblical passage of Romans 12:3-8, and relationships between the gifts and nurses' job satisfaction and person-job fit. Results confirm Romans 12 motivational gifts in nurses and suggest potential usefulness in knowing nurses'gift profiles for recruitment, job satisfaction, and job placement.
