Diagnosis of lung lesions with miliary and miliary-like dissemination in 100 patients, involving the lung and lymph nodes biopsy data in 83 of them, is analysed. The most typical clinicoroentgenologic symptoms for certain groups of the diseases are formulated. The use of possibly early biopsy and refusal to treat ex juvantibus with antituberculous drugs to exclude tuberculosis are highly recommended.
