[One-stage tooth replantation in acute inflammatory processes].

The authors have developed and tried a method for simultaneous teeth replantation with the use of a low-frequency ultrasound in patients with acute inflammatory processes. Teeth replantation was carried out in 50 patients, followed up for 1 month to 3 1/2 years. A combination of ultrasonic treatment of a replanted tooth and hole with periosteotomy and corticotomy rules out the development of postoperative complications, shortens the period of temporary disability in the patients with acute odontogenic inflammatory processes.
